We offer the full range of Architectural
services from surveys of existing buildings through design development, Council
submissions and approvals including Title Deed restriction removals (if
required), construction documents, negotiating with builders and on-site
building contract administration.
Our Clients may use the full Architect’s
service (which we recommend), partial services or even consult with us on an
hourly basis for any advice required from design to dispute resolution. We are
happy to meet and consult with them on site and give ideas on a once-off hourly
basis should this input be preferred. This design service is highly recommended
when working with a technician to prepare the drawings.
